1. What products does Oyku offer?

We specialise in premium pistachio and hazelnut dessert sauces, available in 390g squeeze bottles and 1KG tubs. Our sauces are perfect for coffee, pancakes, waffles, cakes, gelato, acai and more!

2. Where are your sauces made?

All Oyku Gourmet Sauces are crafted in Australia using carefully sourced premium A-Grade Australian pistachios and Turkish hazelnuts for the highest quality flavour.

3. Do your products meet HACCP food safety standards?

Yes! All Oyku products are manufactured in facilities that follow strict HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines. This ensures our products are produced, stored, and packaged under the highest international food safety and quality standards.

4. Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia using trusted courier partners.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, we ship only within Australia. We are working on expanding to international delivery soon.

6. How much is shipping?

Shipping cost is $10.50 flat rate across Australia. We also offer free shipping on orders over $99 - just use the code SHIP99 at checkout.

7. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days

• Regional areas: 5–10 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase if it has not yet been shipped. Please email info@oyku.com.au immediately with your order number.

9. What is your Returns & Refund Policy?

Because our sauces are food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.

10. How do I store the sauces?

Store your sauces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refer to your product label for the Best Before date - the product has a shelf life of approximately 12 months.

11. Do you work with cafés or wholesale customers?
